How ordering works
Four steps.
- Choose kits. Minimum 3 kits, any mix. One price per kit.
- Add to cart. Pick your country and place the order.
- Pay by Venmo or Wise. Use only your order number as the reference.
- We confirm and ship. Availability is confirmed before shipping.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum is 3 kits across the order. Different materials may be combined.
Can one order use two delivery methods?
No. One method applies to every item. A Standard-only item or an international destination switches the entire order to Standard.
How do I pay?
Choose Venmo and Wise transfer. Use only your actual order number in the payment note or reference. Wait for confirmed invoice details before paying.
Are prices public?
Yes. No account is required to view prices or build an order. The wholesale enquiry form is for larger and recurring buyers.
What does one kit contain?
Most kits contain 10 unbranded vials. WX-213 contains 6 vials. The exact kit format is shown with each material.
How is the price set?
Each material has one price per kit for the shipping option you choose: Standard (7–10 days) or US Express (2–3 days). The price is the same at any quantity in the cart. For volume discounts, message orders@zlresearch.com or WhatsApp with the products and quantities.
Where can Standard orders be delivered?
Standard shipping is available worldwide, subject to applicable laws and confirmed fulfilment. Regional flat fees are shown on the Shipping page and calculated after country selection.
When is shipping free?
Shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal is over $500, in every region. Exactly $500 does not qualify.
What is US Express?
US Express ships US-stock items to US addresses in 2–3 days. It costs $20 per order below the free-shipping threshold. Items without the US Express option ship Standard.
How long does Standard shipping take?
Standard ships in 7–10 days. Delivery windows are not guarantees; customs processing or availability may affect timing.
Who pays international duties and taxes?
Customs and duties are normally covered in our shipping fee. A few countries may add local charges. Buyers are responsible for complying with local laws.
Is stock confirmed automatically?
No. Availability is confirmed before shipping. Representative images and catalog listings are not live stock counts.
What storage temperature should I use?
Obtain lot-specific storage and handling conditions before ordering or handling. Do not infer a storage temperature from website imagery.
Are returns accepted?
All sales are final. Items damaged in transit are replaced after the issue is reviewed. Retain the packaging and contact wholesale with your order number and photographs.
Can I obtain lot documentation?
Ask about the specific material and lot before ordering. Public report links are withheld pending approval and current-lot matching. No blanket testing or certification claim is made.
Who may purchase?
Buyers must be aged 21 or older and purchasing exclusively for lawful laboratory research. Materials are not for human or animal consumption.
What happens when I submit an order?
Your request is saved and confirmation instructions are emailed. Availability and final invoice details are confirmed before shipping. Payment is manual; submitting the form does not charge you.
