Who to contact
ZL Research is the wholesale channel identified in this site. The legal footer names ZL Research LLC. Privacy questions may be sent to orders@zlresearch.com. No postal address is represented here.
Information entered in forms
The order form requests contact and delivery information needed to review an order. Enquiry and contact forms request the details shown beside each field. Submitted order, contact and enquiry details are stored privately in WordPress and emailed for order handling and support. Your browser may independently offer autofill.
Local and session storage
The cart stores WX codes, quantities, destination country, shipping choice and related notices in local browser storage. A sample order reference, selected payment method and order totals are kept in session storage for the confirmation page. A first-party, HttpOnly security cookie supports form nonces and expires after 12 hours. It contains no contact details. Rate-limit identifiers are salted hashes. The age gate stores only a session acknowledgement that the visitor confirmed being 21 or older. It does not collect a date of birth or identity document.
How submitted information is used
Order and contact information is used to review requests, confirm invoices, arrange delivery, provide support and meet applicable legal obligations. Hosting, email, payment and shipping providers, retention periods and access controls must be confirmed before launch. Payment confirmation and shipping arrangements are handled manually.
External payment sites
Venmo, Wise and WhatsApp Business links open external provider sites only when selected. WhatsApp is a plain contact link, not an embedded messaging widget. Their terms and privacy practices apply on those sites. No card details are requested or stored in this site.
No analytics or advertising trackers
This site contains no advertising pixels, analytics services, external font requests or third-party form services. Images, fonts and scripts used by the customer pages are self-hosted.
Access and deletion questions
Browser site settings can clear the local cart and session acknowledgements. Contact orders@zlresearch.com about stored submissions. Before launch, the final policy must confirm applicable privacy rights, request procedures, retention and deletion practices.
Review before launch
This is a reasonable operational draft, not a statement that unverified legal or technical arrangements already exist. It requires review against the actual live service.
