Eligibility and permitted use
Orders are for lawful laboratory research purchasing by buyers aged 21 or older. Materials are not for human or animal consumption, medical, veterinary or diagnostic use. The buyer is responsible for suitable facilities, trained personnel and compliance with applicable laws.
Catalog and specifications
Use the material name, WX code and stated kit format when ordering. Most kits contain 10 unbranded vials; WX-213 contains 6. Images are representative and do not establish actual packaging, inventory, testing status or lot-specific specifications. Confirm any essential requirement before payment.
Minimums and prices
The order minimum is 3 kits across all materials. Prices are in USD per kit, one price per kit for the selected shipping option, at any quantity. Volume discounts are quoted on request by message or email. All lines use one shipping option. Catalog errors or unavailable items require confirmation before an order is accepted.
Order acceptance and payment
An order request is not an unconditional acceptance or a guarantee of stock. Availability and final invoice details are confirmed before shipping. Pay only after reviewing the confirmed invoice. Venmo and Wise transfer are offered; card payments are not. The payment reference must contain only the order number, never product names or any other description.
Shipping and destination
Standard delivery is available worldwide, subject to applicable law and confirmed fulfilment. US Express (2–3 days) is limited to eligible US-stock materials delivered to US addresses. One shipping method applies to the entire order. A Standard-only material or an international destination makes the order Standard. International obligations and tax
Customs and duties are normally covered in our shipping fee. A few countries may add local charges. Buyers are responsible for complying with local laws. Do not order a material that cannot lawfully be imported or held at the destination. Tax calculation and any additional charges require confirmation on the live invoice.
Final sales and transit damage
All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted. Items damaged in transit are replaced after review of the reported damage. Keep the packaging and contact wholesale with the order number and photographs. If an item cannot be supplied before fulfilment, we will contact you to agree on next steps.
